Our Patient Record Maintenance screen allows quick entry of individual patients, or multiple family members, with individual or family billing. Our Transaction Entry screen allows quick entry of procedures, including "Exploding Codes", "Automatic Write-offs", payments, and adjustments. In tandem with "Insurance Payments", you may choose to take write-offs at the time of service, or have our system calculate the write off for you at the time of payment entry. Seasoft was one of the first to keep two separate ledgers on each patient, the patient ledger, and the insurance ledger. Since 1985, our users have known to the penny how much is owed by the guarantor, and how much is owed by each of the patient's insurance companies.

For instance, patients may be looked up by last name, first name, social security number, insurance I.D. number, chart number, account number, and family. Our fully integrated "Custom Reports Generation" system allows your data to be sorted and collated until the most complex questions can be answered. The flexibility of our "Letter Writer" allows you to do mail merges for printing post cards, letters, mailers, labels, or anything else that you want to print.

Electronic Claims Processing is a snap. Even better, we do not charge you by the claim. In most states, we support direct connections to both Medicare and Medicaid. We also support numerous clearing houses. In most cases, individual insurance claims are ABSOLUTELY FREE.

With our Appointment Scheduler, you can handle your most complex scheduling needs, effortlessly. It allow searches for patients, as well as open appointment times. You can even search for multiple contiguous appointment to allow extra time for complex procedures. Of course, double, triple, etc. booking are no problem at all.

Wultiple Windows on each screen make it very easy for your users to do more than one thing at a time. As a matter of fact, the number of sessions available from each terminal is limited only by the configuration that you choose, and the desires of the user. For instance, you could be busy entering a patient's demographics, stop to schedule an appointment, then return to entering patient demographics, all the while processing insurance claims in a background window.
